Hello brows!

What is microblading?

Microblading is a form of semi-permanent makeup that camouflages and fills in missing eyebrow hair. The procedure simulates natural eyebrow hair using fine deposits of tattoo pigment. Essentially, it is a natural looking semi-permanent tattoo for your eyebrows.

How does it work?

The microblade tool (a series of micro needles) is dipped into the colour pigment chosen, and then used to make fine cuts in the skin, like a tattoo.

The pigment is deposited into the skin, resulting in gorgeous natural looking eyebrows.

Unlike permanent tattoos, this semi permanent option gives the natural and full look desired, without causing the pigment to fade and change colour over time.

Does it hurt?

Everyone’s pain threshold is different, but there is going to be some discomfort during microblading, after all, it is a semi-permanent tattoo.

How long does it last?

Microblading results are different with each person. Factors such as skin type, use of exfoliates and sun exposure will play a part in the longevity of the pigmentation. Touch ups are recommended every 12-18 months to keep the colour looking fresh and the strokes crisp.
